Did You Know?
Recovery can be used as form of cool down after an event, not only when an athlete has sustained an injury!
Hot and/or Cold Therapies are a great starting point for just about any kind of injury.
Best practices are no more than 20 minutes on injured area for hot/cold applications and leave off injured area for at least an hour before repeating.

Small but mighty our mini massage gun works wonders for long lasting relief.
Especially when paired with our sports massage kit for the ultimate relief in between massages as well as before and after events.
The Technique
It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.
There are three contexts in which sports massage can be useful to an athlete:
pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment.
My style provides a unique combination to optimize your performance and meet your athletic goals.
It's an integration of hot & cold applications, mixed with Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release and Stretching techniques.
This combination is designed to help make your body feel freer and stronger regardless of context.
Know someone who has an upcoming event? This also makes for the perfect gift.

The Prices
Pre-event massage can be delivered at the performance site, usually with the athlete fully clothed. Fast-paced and stimulating, it helps to establish blood flow and to warm up muscles. During the massage, the athlete generally focuses on visualizing the upcoming event.
Post-event massage can also be delivered on site, through the clothes. The intent here is to calm the nervous system and begin the process of flushing toxins and waste products out of the body.
Injury Treatment can reduce recovery time, enabling an athlete to resume training much sooner than rest alone would allow.
